The delicious mocktail recipe for the winter aperitif by Meta Hiltebrand.

Preparation for 6 cups:

75 cl	Rimuss Champion Bio
20 cl	sweet apple juice
1	orange, sliced
2	cinnamon sticks
2	star anise
2 tbsp	honey
Decoration:	orange slice and cinnamon stick

Preparation

Put the Rimuss Champion Bio, the apple juice and the orange slices in a pot. Break the cinnamon sticks and add them with the honey and star anise. Bring everything to the boil briefly and simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave to infuse. Strain through a sieve and heat again shortly before serving. Decorate with a cinnamon stick or fresh orange slices as desired.
