The “Scarlet Seduction” mocktail by barman Ruben Silva from the Bar am Wasser in Zurich is a sweet and sour seduction. This mocktail only just missed out on the winner’s podium at the 13th Nullpromille Trophy. It enchants with floral notes and a pleasant acidity and is also a visual beacon.

Ingredients for 1glass

4 cl	Rebels Botanical Dry
2 cl	Schwarzenbach Verjus
1 cl	Monin Fleur de Sureau syrup
1 cl	Monin Griotte syrup
7 cl	Rimuss Bianco Dry
Decoration	Purple violet

Preparation

Pour all the ingredients except Rimuss Bianco Dry in a mixing glass and mix well. Pour into the glasses. Top up with Rimuss Bianco Dry.
