Our fruity mocktail for the winter. Thanks to the different fruit juices, this mocktail is not only a super vitamin source, but also brings out the flavours of the different citrus fruits it contains. Rounded off by the aromas of the winter spices: cinnamon, star anise and cloves.

Preparation for 1 glass

10 cl	Rimuss Bianco Dry
2 cl	grapefruit juice
2 cl	clementine juice
2 cl	orange juice
2 cl	lime juice
3 cl	Monin Winter Spice
1	star anise
1	cinnamon stick
2-3	cloves
Decoration:	orange slice, star anise

Der Winter Mocktail von Rimuss auf einem Bartresen neben einer Flasche Rimuss Bianco Dry. Im alkoholfreien Drink schwimmt ein Sternanis und am Glas hängt ein Schnitz Orange

Preparation

Pour the freshly squeezed juices into a shaker with ice. Add Monin Winter Spice, star anise, cinnamon and cloves. Shake for at least 20 seconds. Strain into glass (Doublestrain). Fill up with Rimuss Bianco Dry. Garnish with orange slice and star anise.
