A great non-alcoholic alternative to Aperol Spritz. With bitter notes of grapefruit and a slight sweetness, this aperitif is a real firework for your taste buds.

Ingredients for 1 glass

10 cl	Rimuss Bianco Dry
1.5 cl	Monin orange spritz syrup
1 cl	Lemon juice
3 cl	Grapefruit juice
Decoration:	Grapefruit wedge or mint sprig

Preparation

Pre-chill a wine glass with ice cubes. Add the Bianco Dry, orange spritz syrup and lemon juice to the glass. Stir well with the bar spoon and then top up with grapefruit juice. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge or a sprig of fresh mint.
