Carrot Spritz

All year round, Carrot, Easter, Ginger Beer, Honey, Lime,

So that not only the Easter bunny gets something from the carrots. This colourful mocktail with delicious carrot juice is the perfect non-alcoholic drink for your Easter aperitif.

Ingredients for 1 glass

2 cl	lime juice
4 cl	carrot juice
0.5 cl	honey
6 cl	ginger beer
10 cl	Rimuss Fresh

Glass (Large wine glass)
Measuring cup
Bar spoon

Preparation

Add the lime juice, carrot juice and honey to the glass and stir with the bar spoon until the honey has dissolved. Add a large ice cube to the glass. Top up with Ginger Beer and Rimuss Fresh and stir again gently with the bar spoon. Place a lime wheel on the rim of the glass as decoration.
