The 3rd placed mocktail of the 12th Nullpromille Trophy by Bar-News in the category “Sparkling”. The non-alcoholic cocktail was created by the talented bartender Vithusan Somasundaram, Hafebar Solothurn.

Ingredients for 1 glass

4	blackberries
1 cl	Shake-It Cordial Mixer Lime Juice
1.5 cl	Almond Syrup Monin
2 cl	Fresh Orange Juice
Top:	Rimuss Bianco Dry
Decoration:	Blackberry

Preparation

Shake all ingredients except Rimuss Dry Bianco. Strain into a red wine glass with ice. Top up with Rimuss Bianco Dry.
